Recent articles have started to appear stating that Harrods are to run print ads in London using QR codes in an effort to target a new customer base - thought leaders and students through a ninew medium in a hope to attract a more tech-savvy audience.
The Knightsbridge store is also creating a Myspace profile along with using Twitter to keep visitors updated about their new in store exhibition 'Design Icon'.
Interestingly enough it also states that Harrods installed the first moving staircase over one hundred and ten years ago!
